Each week you will receive journalling exercises, videos, and mindfulness exercises that will allow you to integrate the 'topic of the week' into your every day life. It is important to note that this course requires a weekly time commitment of 4 hours. This will allow for enough time to complete assignments, to create a meditation log, and to process the material.
